Greetings all,

This feature is going to be around for a while coz you all know how BRILLIANT I am at changing things on here (NOT) but it is my biiiiig biiiiig thank you to all my watchers who I dont always thank often enough, I REALLY appreciate the support, everyone featured here can consider themselves forever HUGGED AND THANKED for everything if I dont get round to your pages to say so ! ( tho' I will try !! ) and I will add to this too (my feeble brain has managed to work out how to do that without messing everything else up)

Soooooooo now for the brief rant

HAPPY CHRISTMAS to one and all yes I know you dont all celebrate it, so happy whatever you DO celebrate WHENEVER you celebrate it

rant ? why ? what ? well yes I still remember reading a good journal by one of my friends a year or so ago about how saying 'happy christmas' was offensive to some people ...... well if it doesn't apply to you just be polite, understand that it DOES apply to some of us and carry on with life, no big deal

we are all supposed to be politically correct ???? well I have one word about that and I wont type it because..... BECAUSE ........ yes WORDS ....is my rant ... letters on a page WHY are ANY of them offensive ?

This is a good question, they are only offensive if you let them be aren't they ?



Whatever the origins of the words, we KNOW some are not very polite and I think it is a question of those THINGS THAT ARE MISSING IN SOCIETY r e s p e c t and c o m m o n s e n s e

I swear ... can probably make a sailor blush with the rest of 'em but I would never swear 'in polite society' on here for example ... who really wants to read profanities every 3rd word ? what is the point exactly ?
2 men in private conversation ...be my guest swear all you like but cut it out around women and children WHY ????????????? RESPECT .... COURTESY... MANNERS


Put things in context ... some words have been banned that we used quite innocently once upon a time, everybody says things that CAN be offensive sometimes it's best to turn a deaf ear or laugh it off, and sometimes it's better to remember that maybe you SHOULDN'T say things ... just bear in mind where you are, who you are around, no life changing habits or political correctness ... just a little respect for the other human beings on the planet no matter WHERE they are from and WHAT they believe.

What's so bad about that ?
